We are searching for a fresh creative talent looking to join our team at a junior level. You will work with and learn from an experienced talented team who are known for thier exceptional work in brand activations, event creative and experience design. We are looking for someone who is entreprenurial, motivated and passionate about design and people it impacts. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design, a curious mind and a passion for collaborating with others to create and execute dynamic ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work with the Creative Director, Senior Designers and project team to support client objectives.
  • Ability to participate and support creative processes from conceptual brainstorming through final presentation.
  • Ability to create solutions and sketch multiple concepts for various scenarios
  • Basic understanding of budgets/timeframes and project objectives,
  • Basic understanding of material and fabrication process.
  • Contribute to the culture and team
  • Learn like a sponge and be fearless
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and design experience
  • Referrals or past design work/intern experience
  • Ability to create thoughtful solutions and sketch multiple concepts
  • Passion for design with an insane curisoity
  • Have a great eye and talent for design
  • Be highly creative and imaginative, and curious about clients’ products or services
  • Be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
  • Understand the different language and design styles that appeal to various target markets
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work well in a team and with a range of creative people
  • Be able to work under pressure and manage multiple workloads effectively
  • Be highly self-motivated and well organized
  • Be able to see other people’s points of view, take feedback and have empathy
  • Have an eye for detail
  • Possess good leadership qualities, people and time management skills

  • Computer Program knowledge:

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Microsoft Office 360 – PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite – nice to have, but not required
  • 3D Studio Max/AutoCAD – nice to have, but not required

    Work Environment:
    Travel is required for this position.
    Work environment will be determined by city location.
