Job Overview
Formats and prepares agency web-based handbooks and dynamic forms for online distribution and accessibility. Designs and revises highly complex forms using Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Forms Manager (formerly LiveCycle). Builds and maintains complex handbook webpages using Adobe Dreamweaver and Drupal content management system. Reviews and analyzes forms and webpages for errors and accuracy. Provides technical assistance and consultation to a variety of customers in the area of form development. Coordinates and tracks complex assignments between editors, translators and clients. Participates in technology or automation-related workgroups. Reviews, researches, and learns new or emerging methods and technologies. Conducts online research regarding information technology and forms management. Work is performed under general direction with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Preferred knowledge in Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Forms Manager, Adobe Dreamweaver and Drupal or similar web content management system. Ability to hand code HTML and understand standard HTML coding practices. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Must have experience designing complex forms in either Acrobat Pro, Adobe LiveCycle or Acrobat Forms Manager. Preferred knowledge of state and national accessibility laws and standards for electronic and information resources including WCAG 2.0 and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. Preferred knowledge in assistive technologies including JAWS and NVDA.

Initial Selection Criteria:
Must have at least one year of professional experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro and hand coding HTML. Preferred experience using Adobe LiveCycle, Adobe Forms Manager, Adobe Dreamweaver and Drupal or similar web content management system. Experience reviewing and analyzing detailed electronic forms and webpages for errors and accuracy.
Additional Information:
To gauge essential ability for this position, applicants selected to interview will be required to build and tag a form in Adobe Acrobat Pro as well as build a simple webpage in Adobe Dreamweaver during the interview.
